The hard things are something that she ate - possibly rocks or gravel? Worms that look like spaghetti are likely roundworms or hookworms. Flat worms or rice-like granules are tapeworms. All of these worms can be treated with an OTC dewormer sold at the pet store. You may also want to have Macy checked out by a vet for other possible intestinal parasites.
