My cat has red spots from scratching her ears and face. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 4 months old | 9.5 lbs

I have daphne a gabapentine yesterday for travels. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.. but I’m in the new apartment with her now.. and she’s eating and I think using the litter box.. haven’t noticed that. I put neosporin on them.. they are on both sides a little bit

The gabapentin administration has nothing to do with these lesions. This is from her scratching at the ears/face. I suggest you have her to the vet for an exam. Using the Neosporin is fine for now - just be sure you don't get it in her eyes.
