My dog was neutered yesterday. Is swelling normal? What can I do?

Hello! I have question about my dog, it toy poodle, he is 11 months old and yesterday he been neutered, and out vet clinic is closed already so I don’t know where to ask about this question, except this site. So at vet clinic they said that if his balls going to be swollen than we should call them, but they closed already. And I’m not sure if it swollen or no? Can you please look for the picture and help me to know, if everything is ok? And should be do something to help him? I just used ice rn. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 11 months and 4 days old | 8 lbs
