My dog fell from car window, has road rash. How to treat her wounds?

My dog slipped out of my car window. I was going about 10 mph and she has road rash on her legs she’s walking fine and not crying in pain what should I do

Poor Girl! If she is acting fine then just watch her closely. Make sure her gums are pink, she is eating and drinking normally, and not limping. If anything is abnormal, I would have your vet take a look at her. As far as the road rash, it should all heal on its own as long as she isn't licking it and none of it looks like deep cuts. I would gently clean all of them with a mild soap like dial gold or something equivalent and warm water. If she is licking the wounds, I would strongly recommend a cone collar to prevent this.
