My dog has a red, raw spot. What to do when home care isn't enough?

My friend dog has a red, raw spot. We shaved her hair short and have web bathing her with Veternery clinical shampoo antiseptic anrifungal shampoo. She is taking 2 baths a week. Is there something else we should do? We also put an Advantiz treatment on her as well. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 53 lbs
