Senior dog vomiting and burping after pancreatitis and pneumonia?

My pet had pancreatitis then 2 weeks later he got aspiration pneumonia 09/ 02/19. He has recently started burping alot and vomiting yellow and white vomit. Has vomited small amounts once but three times this week. Today he vomited a small amount of his food. His appetite comes and goes and he has been scratching alot . Not sure what to do or what this may be. I just want him bvb to get well but it has been very costly. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 13 years old

Poor Quinton. He has been through alot. I would recommend that he have chest and abdominal xrays. If he is getting aspiration pneumonia and now vomiting, I am wondering if he has megaesophagus or some other issue with his esophagus or stomach. He needs labs and xrays
