Should I feed Hills Derm Defense long-term for my dog's health?

On the Hills homepage they say that the Hills Prescription diet Derm Defense can be used long term. But my question is if I should use it long term. I jist want a food for my dog that will give her the healthiest life possible, I don't really care about the cost. Pet's info: Dog | Shetland Sheepdog | Female
