What's causing this bump on my puppy's forehead near her nose?

Pet's info: Dog | Norwegian Elkhound | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 18 days old | 27 lbs

Puppy has a bump near her forehead/ top of mouth area. Any idea what caused this? It's between the forehead and the nose. See attached picture.

Hello, This bump could be caused by a hematoma (a type of bruise and collection of blood), an abscess (a local infection), or a growth. I recommend having Bella seen by her veterinarian.
