My cockatiels pluck feathers, hiss, and won't play. What's wrong?

I have a two cockatiel they both pluck their feather's a lot sometimes hiss on me and not singing and playing with us please help me

Thanks for reaching out about Cookie and Coco. With both being infected, external parasites such as mites or lice should be considered, but also viral and bacterial problems. Contact problems such as dust, smoke and other items that can settle on the feathers need to be ruled out. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan.
