My dog has dead ticks stuck on his skin after bathing. Should I worry?

Yikes it looks like Rupert stepped in a tick nymph patch! I have given him two baths with extra scrubbing on his belly and paws, then blow dried him. It appears as if they are dead. There is no longer any movement, but they are still stuck on his skin/hair. He is up to date on all his shots. Should o be concerned, is there anything else I can do?

Do you not have him on a tick prevention product? That is what I would use on him to make sure all the ticks are killed and then apply it monthly to keep killing any ticks he may pick up. I suggest this product as it kills the most species of ticks: ( https://www.allivet.com/p-3013-certifect-for-dogs.aspx )
