Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 8 years and 2 months old | 22 lbs
My Boston Terrier has been suffering with allergies for a few years now. Her back paws are very red and she licks them constantly. We’ve done allergy testing (grass allergies), and have tried hypoallergenic diets (meat allergies), apoquel, cytopoint, topicals, flea meds, Heska immunotherapy drops, special shampoos, just about everything and she gets no relief. The only thing that partially worked was prednisone, but I don’t want her on it long term. Are there other options? What about CBD oil?

CBD oil is not a cure all for every ailment as marketing would like people to think. Will it work? I don't know, maybe. There have not been any studies on it's use in animals with regards to allergies and many other ailments. You can try it if you'd like. It sounds like you have done quite a bit or testing and therapy already but has Olive ever had a skin scraping to check for Demodex mites? That is what this reminds me of and it is often overlooked as a puppy disease but that is not really the case. So, if no skin scraping or just treatment for mites (like Bravecto) has not been done that is what I would do.
