Found a cat not moving, standing, or eating. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Asian | Male | neutered | 2 years and 10 months old | 11 lbs

i found a cat at the back of my house hardly moving. i picked it up but it just wont stand up. i see no signs of pain of the cat. i gave her food and water but it doesn't do anything

There could be lots of things that cause this to happen in a cat, and many times it means they are severely ill. It could be caused by kidney failure, cancer, infection, severe dehydration, etc. If you want to try to help this cat back to health, I would recommend having him evaluated by the vet.
