After going to daycare two weeks ago, my dog got a whooping sounding cough (concern for Bordatella although she is vaccinated). The intense coughing has gone away but now she has a very bad runny nose. and is getting somewhat lethargic (she was lethargic for about 3 days after leaving daycare). She went to daycare for a week, ending two weeks ago. Does she need to be seen by a vet for antibiotics?

It is most definitely bordetella. They can still get the disease even if vaccinated. It is kind of like our flu vaccine - you can still get the disease but usually the course of disease is shorter and the symptoms are more mild. Bordetella can progress into a pneumonia which is why we often treat dogs with antibiotics. If Gracie is still not well she needs to see a vet.
