My dog's ear was bitten. What should I do for a deep ear wound?

My dog is a 6 month old pit and his ear was bitten by another dog bad his ear isn’t bleeding anymore but the cut is deep is there anything I can give him to help him? I feel so bad for him. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 17 days old | 66 lbs
