My dog has throat lumps, fast breathing, clear tests. What's next?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 55 lbs

I taken my Poodle mixed Terrier to a Vet because of noticing two large lumps by his glands.So they done blood work as well as a Biopsy,but the tests came back clear.But my dog still have the lumps which is moving by his throat.Which now he is breathing fast where his nostrils is flaring as well.

Hello. If you think the lumps are affecting Dash's ability to breath, then an ultrasound of the area is very important. I will assume the biopsy was what we call a needle aspirate, & while this can be a very good tool to identify abnormal cells, only a small amount of tissue is obtained & things can be missed. So the next step is to see if these are enlarged lymph nodes, or if something else is impacting his trachea.
