Found small balls in my cat's bed. Are they worm eggs after treatment?

I have found a few balls in the bed he sleeps in & I am not sure if we should be concerned... We recently gave him his pest medicine so I’m curious if maybe he had a parasite & this is it coming out? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 5 months and 16 days old | 7 lbs

Those look like they could be worm eggs. It could also be something he is eating off the floor or a toy. I recommend to have the stool examined by the veterinarian and bring in a few of those balls you are finding in his bed. This will give you the best, most accurate and fastest answer.
