My parakeet hit a ceiling fan, trembled, then flew. Is it injured?

I have a buggie and he flew into a ceiling fan and striked on the floor at first he was trembling but after sometime he was able to fly again my question is,is he still injured and should I take him to a vet? Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | 3 months and 16 days old
