Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed
Hi, I gave my cat the topical Advocate treatment today for the first time ( she was previously in the rspca) I applied it to the back of the head / top of neck as per the instructions. since she had it put on she has been cleaning herself an unusual amount and also scratched the application spot and then licked her paw a few times. She also was sleeping against things and started licking the spot on those things where her head ( and therefore the treatment)was. Please advise if I should worry

These products don't usually taste good, silly Belle! The most common side effect would be hypersalivation, nausea, and vomiting. If you start to notice muscle tremors or seizures, then Belle should be evaluated by a vet immediately.
