Why is my male dog suddenly marking inside after being house-trained?

I’m getting very frustrated. I taught him how to use puppy pads, then I taught him to go to the door to tell me when he needs to potty, ever since he started lifting his leg, he just goes where he pleases & I correct him several times a day but still does it. He potties outside very nicely. I tried turfs, sprays & more but he will wants the puppy pads& I took those away long ago. I even trained my female and she uses the brilliant pad. He looks me straight in the face too. He’s too old for this. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | neutered | 9 months and 10 days old | 28 lbs
