My dog's paw is swollen and leaking. Why does she growl when touched?

My dog’s paw grew this yesterday and theres a leakage on the swollen part too. She growls when i touch it. Any idea what is this?

Hello, This new swelling appears to be very inflamed and painful. It could possibly be a local infection or a tumor. I recommend taking Mini to her veterinarian.
