I have a Pure breed French bulldog, he looks like he’s shivering, his nose is dry and he won’t eat or drink, he’s only 9 months old so he’s still a baby, but do you think it’s just dehydration? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs
