What is this growth on my bunny's paw? Antibiotics aren't helping.

Hello, I have a three month old lop eared bunny that suddenly has a growth on it back paw. It is going on to two weeks with antibiotics and still no change. Can you possibly identify what the growth is by looking at the attached photo? The bunny “Chester” still is acting normal with a good appetite. Any information you can provide will be very much appreciated. Thank you, Debra

Hi Debra. So sorry but it is impossible to diagnose something like this via the internet. It looks like a tumor of some sort but which kind, I don't know. If I had to guess I would suspect it is a collagenous hamartoma. Chester needs to see a vet. That tumor looks very "angry" and it needs to be surgically removed and sent off for histopathology. Antibiotics are not an appropriate treatment for this.
