Why is my rescue dog's cloudy eye clearing up but still cloudy?

Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

We found a neglected dog abour 4 months ago have not gone to dr no money but he is doing great when found his right eye was cloudy and you could tell he had vision problems . Today the cloudy eye ie clear you can see some cloudy in the corner towards nose. Any sugestkions. Thank you

Cloudy eyes are caused by inflammation. Sometimes it is permanent and some times it is temporary, such as with a wound. It is good that they are getting clearer, as that means the pain is receding. Scar tissue will look a little more white than cloudy, and that may be what is happening now.
