Why is my rescue dog's cloudy eye clearing up but still cloudy?

We found a neglected dog abour 4 months ago have not gone to dr no money but he is doing great when found his right eye was cloudy and you could tell he had vision problems . Today the cloudy eye ie clear you can see some cloudy in the corner towards nose. Any sugestkions. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

Cloudy eyes are caused by inflammation. Sometimes it is permanent and some times it is temporary, such as with a wound. It is good that they are getting clearer, as that means the pain is receding. Scar tissue will look a little more white than cloudy, and that may be what is happening now.
