Why does my kitten cry and separate me from my boyfriend at night?

Why does Darka my kitten separate me from my boyfriend? At night or early in the morning Darka likes to cry (Miaw) in my boyfriends ear and i always wake up first. Its like she is jealous of me being with him. i hate to say it but i think she wants him for herself (She kind of stole my boyfriend) Also she goes straight in between us to separate us. While she cuddles with him she hurts my back. What should i do? (I a really in need of some advice here). Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female
