Poor Baby, most dogs will eventually get used to the sound. Try to keep her in a room away from the AC initially. Hearing the noise in the back ground while having normal activities will help her brain become adjusted to the sound. You may try creating a positive association. Begin by having a high value treat or toy. Start playing/a treat session by the turned off unit. Do this for a few days. Once Baby seems comfortable playing by the turned off unit, move to the other end of the room and then turn the unit on. Continue playing or giving the high value reward. Do this until Baby is comfortable. Then gradually move closer to the turned on unit. Remember that she only gets the high value reward when it is associated with the AC unit. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
