Buying a puppy with a broken tail: What health concerns should I know?

I'm interested in buying a puppy who tail was broken when she was 3weeks old should I be concerned about her health? I'd like to know before I purchase her?

Some arthritis may develop at some point in time if it does not have some already. It may or may not be a cause of significant pain in the future. There is no way to tell that. Many animals have broken tails that never cause them any problems after they heal. Some animals eventually need to have the tail amputated (depending on the location of the break) if there are problems later in life. If you are overly concerned you should hav her examined by a vet prior to purchasing her and have x-rays taken of the tail.
