My dog's sick a week, throwing up, can't walk, shaking. Emergency?

There’s no vets near me open at this time, please someone help, My dog has been sick this last week, when he eats he’s throwing up, he just fell over to the side, he can’t walk, and the poor thing is shaking and whimpering. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 5 months old

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do at home for Sam at this point in time except withhold food and rest him. He should see a vet now, he sounds terribly sick. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
