What's this swollen, red spot with a yellow center on my dog's leg?

I’ve recently seen that my dog had this on her leg it’s a bit swollen, somewhat red & she also has a little yellow spot in the middle. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 12 days old
