My cat has a soft, bloody sore on its chin. What's the best thing to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered

I noticed a soar on RBs chin, with dry blood and it’s a little soft. Is it possible the kitten Marvel and him rough played and she bit him or what could have happened and what’s the best thing to do?

Poor Rb. I would gently clean the wound with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and he will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it.
