My female leopard gecko is bloated. Is it pregnancy or impaction?

Female baby leopard gecko with bloated stomach. Is it possible that she is pregnant or ovulating? She has not eaten in 5 days, along with attempting to chew the paper towel in enclosure. Her stomach has looked like this for a month. Pet's info: Reptile | Gecko | Female | 1 month and 30 days old

Thanks for reaching out about Pinky but the picture is un-recognizable and out of focus. A distended stomach is a possible obstruction, maybe from the chewed paper towels. If distended for a month, a veterinary visit is highly recommended. Try offering a shallow warm water soak, which might encourage defecation. Still, see a veterianrian. Good luck.
