My dog's testicular cancer was removed, now he's swelling. Is it back?

My 12 year old toy poodle had testicular cancer and it was removed. Almost two months later, his testicles started swelling up again. We also noticed that he started gaining weight which we thought was because he had been fixed. Is it possible for his cancer to have returned so quickly? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 12 lbs

Hello, Unfortunately, it is very possible that his cancer has returned. I would recommend getting Harley a recheck as soon as possible with his vet to better understand what is happening with his weight change and testicular swelling. Harley will be in my thoughts.
