My dog has severe flea allergy, skin sores, hair loss. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 75 lbs

My dog has fleas, no flea treatment I have tried had helped .he is having some kind of allergic reaction to the bites and his hair is starting to fall out it's open sores and also pus an blood blisters. He itches it constantly. It also has a odor may be infected. What could I do to treat at home? Can not afford a vet right now

Unfortunately, from the photos and information given, that looks like it needs to be seen and treated by a vet. Flea allergies can cause major reactions, and if you are noticing an odor in addition the area is likely infected and needs to be treated with prescription antibiotics and medicated shampoos in addition to getting the underlying cause (the fleas) under control. While keeping the area clean and dry and using a T-shirt or Elizabethan (cone) collar to stop excessive licking and scratching can help, it ultimately needs professional treatment at this point to get it under control.
