My dog has severe flea allergy, skin sores, hair loss. What can I do?

My dog has fleas, no flea treatment I have tried had helped .he is having some kind of allergic reaction to the bites and his hair is starting to fall out it's open sores and also pus an blood blisters. He itches it constantly. It also has a odor may be infected. What could I do to treat at home? Can not afford a vet right now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 75 lbs
