My dog has small bumps near his nose after being outside. What is it?

My dog just came in from outside and has 3 small bumps on his about under his fur. The bumps are located near each other (almost like a triangle) just before his nose. There is no itching or pain as far as I can tell. What could this be from? It looks like the bumps may have slightly grown within the past 20 minutes but I'm not exactly sure. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 3 days old | 75 lbs

Bumps like this are usually a hypersensitivity response to an allergen. Also it could be bug bites that are having a localized reaction. I would recommend monitoring these areas to see if they continue to grow in size or cause pain/irritation. If they do start causing irritation for Snow, then you can place a cold compress on the area for 5 mins tonight and then get Snow seen by your vet tomorrow for further care, if it is still bothersome for Snow.
