My cat has bad breath and is drooling. Should I take her to the vet?

My cat has a foul smell from her mouth and what looks like clear drooling

Bella needs to be examined by the veterinarian today. A bad odor often indicates some sort of infection. This can not only get worse quickly but it can also be painful. The drooling supports and infection. Only a physical exam can determine what is wrong. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
