Dog lip bump: Should I get a second vet opinion or use Dermavet?

Question

was told by a couple vets that this is just a bump on my dogs mouth area on the skin of the side of his lip. it’s just a bump on the surface. it’s very slow growing and been here for maybe 5 years. they say it’s nothing to worry about but i would like another opinion. i also have dermavet and was wondering could i put that on it? thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 12 years and 7 months old | 20 lbs

Unfortunately I cannot give a valid second opinion without seeing Bear in person. I'd take him into another local vet to get that second opinion. I would not use any medications on it, including Dermavet, unless you get an ok from the vet.
