Hello. I have used this service recently for advice. It was helpful. My Shihtzu is almost 10 years old. She has a small cyst which I have cleaned treated with antibiotics it hasn’t really settled it is still bleeding and crusting over. She is constantly licking the tiles and her paws. Is this a negative sign?? I am cleaning it all the time. Thank you

That does not look good, and I think it needs to be seen by a vet. It's concerning that it's still bleeding and crusted over. As for constantly licking her paws and the tile, this could be a negative sign, it could be caused by allergies, so that also needs to be checked out by a vet.
