Why is my dog losing balance and struggling to walk straight?

She doesnt have balance. Cant stand and walk straight. She dont tilt his head. The eye movements were normal. When i touch any part of her body, its normal and she doesnt react as if it hurts. He doesnt suffer from vomitting or diarrhea. She has appetite. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 5.51 lbs

I would recommend having Dobby examined by a vet to determine what is going on. Balance is controlled by the vestibular part of the brain. Inner ear infections can cause issues with balance as well. A thorough physical, ear, and neurologic examination will help clue your vet into the cause of the balance issues.
