Why is my young lovebird suddenly tired and weak? What to do?

Hi , my young love bird sudely is acting like he or she is very tired, i been feeding him by hand since i got him at 3 weeks , he is about 6 weeks old now, i notice that he was starting to eat his other food today, please advise what to do as i am afraid he can pass on . Pet's info: Bird | Lovebird | Male | 1 month and 1 day old

Thanks for reaching out about Nino. If he/she is tired and weak, it might be not getting enough food, but could also be ill. A veterinary visit is recommended. Are you providing supplemental heat, in the 80-85 F range? Do you have a feeling Nino is loosing weight? Try the above mentioned, but see your veterinarian. Good luck.
