My dog won't eat and lost weight. Why isn't he gaining on bland diet?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Male | unneutered | 5 years old | 66 lbs

my 4 year old american bully does not want to eat. he went from 90lbs to 66lbs in 2 months..I put him on a bland diet of boiled shredded chkn and baby oatmeal cereal... he has stopped throwing up eats 2x a day but will not gain weight He does not want the food when give and turns away at the smell but once I put a few drops on his paw he will lick it off then I give him a spoon of it and he will begin to eat then.

I would recommend having Koa examined by a vet. This is highly abnormal. Chicken and baby food is not the proper nutrition long-term, these types of diets should only be used for a few days to a couple weeks at a time as a way to rest an irritated GI tract, and it likely doesn't include enough calories or fat to maintain or gain body weight. After examination and a discussion of Koa's medical history, the vet can recommend appropriate diagnostics to determine what could be going on.
