My dog has a bump on his eye that's getting bigger. What is it?

Recently this bump has appeared on our dogs eye and seems to getting bigger slowly though. What could this be?

Oh that's not good. This could be something called a Meibomian adenoma, which is a benign growth. It could also be a chalazion or sty. Because it's gotten bigger, I'd have it checked out by a vet. The vet can diagnose what is causing this bump and can treat it. I hope this helps!

    This looks like it could be a histiocytoma (a benign tumor - see below) but I cannot tell for sure just by looking at a photo. I suggest you have JayJay to your vet for an exam. ( https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952066 )
