Is my cat's diarrhea normal after Metacam for bladder issues?

My kitty has bladder inflammation, the vet prescribed Metacam 4 kg every 24 hours, she had her first dose last night and this morning she had diarrhea once. Is that normal? Nothing changed in her diet. Thank you! Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 4.41 lbs
