Yes, you should have Litchi spayed because it has numerous health and behavioral benefits and it helps to control pet over population. After her spayed, she will need to wear an elizabethan collar to prevent licking and you will need to keep her in a bedroom or bathroom to keep her activity low. You will also need to give her pain medications for 4-5 days after the procedure.
