Why is my puppy obsessed with vet treats and suddenly cranky?

We got our puppy some biscuits for her from her vet, she loved them. But now she keeps on asking for it, acting like all dramatic. I don't want her to be addicted to the biscuits. Also, why does she gets all cranky all of a sudden? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

If you don't want Oggy to be obsessed with the biscuits, keep them behind cabinet doors so that she can't see them and don't give them to her when she asks. Dogs learn by cause and effect so when she asks for them and you give them to her, you encourage the behavior. You can give them to her on a routine basis, or as a reward for good behavior or for training. You may even train her to a key word that indicates one of the biscuits is going to be given to her.
