My new puppy is sleeping a lot, not eating, and hiding. Is she sick?

Take home this puppy 3days back on 1st day she's dull nd slept for almost 20hrs,on 2nd day a bit active till evening but after dinner she's again sleeping nd not eating too. And foremost thing always prefer to sleep in the corner by hiding herself and pees alot. Im very worried about her as she's 40 days old only. Pls help me out. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 1 month and 9 days old | 4 lbs

This can be a sign Coco is sick. While puppies can sleep a lot, it's serious that she isn't eating. This is something that has to be checked out by a vet now, and I would take her into one immediately.
