My dog's gum has a black spot where her tooth presses. Serious?

My dog has a black spot where her canine presses into her gum. Is it a discoloration or should I be freaking out!!!

I would recommend getting your vet to check this closely, it appears in the pictures that the lower canine is making contact with the gum and chronic irritation can cause inflammation, scarring and occasionally tumour changes
