My dog has a sore on its nose. Is it ringworm or stress related?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 68 lbs

what is this quarter size sore on my dogs nose. it looks like some of the ring worm pics but we also just moved so did not know if stress related. it has developed over course of about a week

This presentation could be due to a localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria or fungal infection). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics/or antifungal medications (oral or topical ) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine solutions. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any scratching (if any).
