My elderly dog is vomiting dark and has diarrhea for two weeks?

My dog vomitted a dark substance with her veal and rice meal. This is the second time today, seems her food is not being digested. She has also had diahhrea for 2 weeks now. She had nothing but water and the food. She is an elderly pit-mix who takes carprofren for arthritis and trazadone for separation anxiety. Thanks for any insight. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 12 years and 5 months old | 58 lbs

I'm concerned about the dark color of Kia's vomit, it could be blood. Carprofen can cause GI bleeding as a side effect, and if there is blood in her vomit, that could be the cause. It's also very concerning she has had diarrhea for two weeks. She needs to see a vet immediately, please take her into one immediately.
