Why is my cat blinking constantly and acting like she's in pain?

I have a 6yo female ex-rescue tabby. She’s otherwise well last 5 months although obese. Last 24hrs she’s been blinking constantly as though in pain. Pet's info: Cat | Maltese Cat | Female | spayed

Poor Puss. If you think she is in pain, I'd have her seen by a vet today. Please do not give her any human pain relievers, as many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. The vet can give her pain medication as needed.
