My rescued kitten is sick, throwing up, and won't eat. Is it serious?

My family recently saved a kitten from a local store today and she is very sick. Any fluids she drinks she vomits an hour later and refuses to eat any food. She is practicaly skin and bones too, I can feel he pelvic and rib bones whenever I pick her up.

I agree she sounds very sick, and it's extremely serious she cannot hold down water and will not eat. This is not something you can treat at home, you must take her into a vet now as this is a medical emergency. Please take her into an ER vet immediately.
