Hello, my dog is coughing and wheezing whenever he is super excited or getting physical excercise. He also has bad teeth but we can’t afford the vet bill yet. I was possibly wondering if we could figure out what the coughing was from and how to make it go away. He is a Male Pomeranian 9/10 years old. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered
